Party Highlights

Stella wanted a Hello Kitty themed party. On the menu was strawberry and rainbow chip cupcakes, strawberries, veggies and dip, pink wafer cookies, marshmellows, vanilla wafers dipped in chocolate, covered in sprinkles, mini pigs in a blanket, crackers and cheese, lemon bars, and strawberry lemonade.

They started the party by playing duck duck goose.

And then they each crafted a beautiful flower to their own interpretation.

We sang Happy Birthday, and then ate the sugary goodness.

The girl sitting on the far left of the picture asked Stella after all the presents were opened, "Stella did you like my present?" Stella replies, "I love it, which one was it again?"

We then started the Treasure Hunt. There were clues hidden throughout the front and back yard. Each child had a turn finding where the clue was. Each clue contained a letter.

Once all the clues were found, they had to spell out the clue to find where the buried treasure was.

LOOK IN THE GARDEN!

They found the X on the ground and Q started digging.

The excitement and anticipation on their faces was priceless.

They were so excited to find their treasure!!

After the little ones went home, we then had our family party. It was nice to have all the family come down and celebrate with us.

Stella dress was made by my sister Krisann, a.k.a. Martha. Grandma also made her two dresses. I wasn't kidding when I said she loves to wear dresses.

It's moments like this that make me realize................ LIFE IS GOOD!

*Thank you to all the Mom's that stayed and helped out with the party. Thank you to my family, you are all very special to us. It was a great day of celebrating followed by a few hours of demo on our kitchen.
