We had yet another successful Christmas spent with our families. The kids are busy with their new toys and gadgets, and we are busy working on projects at our house and enjoying our gifts as well. This month always seems crazy busy to me, however, I was able to reflect and listen to the beautiful Christmas program today at church. I'm so thankful for Jesus Christ. He is our greatest gift! Here are a few moments I captured in the last couple of days.
Let the festivities begin! If you look close you can see my sister waiting patiently on the floor to start passing out the gifts to everyone!
Had some fun with my sister outside earlier on Christmas Eve. She just couldn't contain her excitement!
It is my familie's tradition to have the same food every year on Christmas Eve. We'll throw in a few new items, but we always have chips n dip, and pizza burgers.
Gibson was so excited to receive a Hallmark book from Aunt Kris. It was special because she had recorded her voice for each page.
Stella was excited about her Hallmark book too!
Thankful for my parents! They put on a great Christmas Eve gathering every year!
The next morning we opened our stockings. Gibson was telling Q about something he got!
Christmas Day we traveled back home to have Christmas with our other family. Here is Q and his brother. He adds sunshine to our day every time he is around us! Mom cooked a wonderful ham dinner for us with homemade rolls, and twice baked mashed potatoes.
Playing Winomino with the family after the presents were opened.
