Q attended Stella's 1st parent/ teacher conference. This was the 1st set of conferences for her teacher. Q said the teacher was really nervous and then felt really bad when Q opened up the folder to find it empty. No report card to show for Stella. She lost it, or didn't make a copy of it, I don't know. She did say Stella is doing well and adjusting to the routine and making friends. She did say she can be a little bossy at times. Yes, she can. We need to work on numbers, letters, and rhyming words with her.
Her teacher made a good recovery from the conference. We received her report card in the mail the next day. She also attached a letter of apology saying she didn't want us to think her goof on the report card was a reflection of the program Stella was in. Apology accepted. Hopefully next conference will be smooth sailing!
