I saw this idea from another blogger. Can't remember who for sure. The upolstrey tacks cost $1 a box. I used 2. The little pumpkins are Stella and Gibson's. They picked these out at the pumpkin patch.
I got this inspiration from SpyMommy. I didn't have the right string to make it a banner so I thought it would look good on the door.
