Pineapple Salsa boiling, getting ready to be canned.
These are just some of the tomatoes they sliced up for the three different kinds of salsa that was made. We ended up making over 75 jars/pints in one day!!! We had southwest, pinapple, and regular salsa. It is delicious salsa. I watched the kids so I had no hand in making the salsa. I was the "supervisor." It was fun hanging out with all the kids. They had fun playing in the creek and running through the sprinklers.
