Gibson and Stella received a post card from Grandpa and Grandma Eisenga today in the mail. They were excited to get something in the mail. Gibson has to check the mail box after he gets off the bus. When Stella is outside in the front she is always checking our neighbors mailbox.
Today Quentin was able to come home a little early, so we were doing some outside work. He was blowing bubbles with the kids. As Stella was chasing after a bubble she tripped over the butterfly bush. She had shorts on, and the bush cut her legs up really bad. It looked like she got into a fight with a cat. I think she had eight band aids on her legs. Poor little thing!!!
I ran the 5k course today with Jen. We made good time and felt really good about it. We are ready for the real race on Saturday.

Sorry to hear about Stella's legs. Kids sure do get a lot of "exploring" wounds as they grow up!
