Roast My Pot, & Pretzel My Salad!

I recently learned of this simple pot roast recipe.

Buy your pot roast and add a couple cups of water along with:
*1 packet of dry ranch mix
*1 packet of Italian seasoning
*1 packet of brow gravy mix

You can also add your potatoes and veggies to it as well.
All three of the flavors mixed together make the roast taste so good! If you try this, let me know how you liked it!

This Strawberry Pretzel Salad is a summer favorite with our family.

Recipe:
2C crushed pretzels
3/4C melted butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (8oz) container whipped topping
2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin desert mix
2C boiling water
2 (10oz) package frozen strawberries
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple
Whipped topping or whipped cream, to garnish

Directions:
Preheat over to 400 degrees.
For the crust mix the pretzels, butter, and 3 tbsp of sugar. Press this mixture into a 9x13 pan or bake and bake for 7 min. Set aside and allow to cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and 3/4 C of sugar. Fold in the whipped topping, and spread over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until well chilled.

In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, and allow to cool slightly. Add the strawberries and pineapple, and pour over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until serving time.
